Call for Submissions: Student 5-Minute Lightning Talks for Best Oral Presentation Award | CPCE-CPR Annual Conference 2026

The Organising Committee of the CPCE Centre for Pedagogic Research (CPCE-CPR) Annual Conference 2026 is pleased to announce the Student 5-Minute Lightning Talks, leading to the Best Oral Presentation Award. This award recognises outstanding presentation skills among our student researchers, including doctoral, master’s, and undergraduate students.

The outstanding student presenters should excel at distilling the core message of their research into a dynamic and impactful 5-minute lightning talk. We seek presentations that demonstrate both scholarly rigor and the unique ability to engage, inform, and inspire a diverse audience within a concise time frame. The winning talk will stand out for its clarity of purpose, narrative focus, creative use of visuals, and memorable delivery—transforming complex ideas into accessible insights that spark curiosity and conversation.

The themes of the 5-minute lightning talks should fit those of our Conference main theme: Transforming Education Through Technology, Equity, and Human-Centred Innovation, and its sub-themes (click here for details).
